Here is how I got started on Twitter, Facebook etc…
I know most of the marketing community knows part of this story but I think everyone needs to hear the WHOLE story.
I got in a ton of trouble some time back for marketing dietary supplements. That’s why I tell every client today to steer clear of this industry. Regulations are rigid and if you get very big the pharmaceutical machine will crush you, no matter what you do.
Truth is I believed in every product I sold. I think I read every book in existence on alternative health, hired medical association presidents as consultants & even got FDA licensed. (see below) In the end none of that mattered.
My local county government in Tennessee closed my business, smeard my reputation and took away everything I had in the world…except my knowledge.
I can’t be in any health related businesses and have to report all my activities regularly to the courts including travel, products created etc… Bottom line, I walk the straight and narrow.
The good news is this never has to happen to you. It never had to happen to me. Truth is when you really learn transparent marketing you can market anything successfully, without hype, lies or tricks.
Facts:
I have made some major mistakes in the past.
I should have never entered the health business solely based on what I believed to be true.
I am VERY sorry if I ever harmed anyone, it was never my intent.
I realize now how stupid and irresponsible I was.
This was one mistake out of a career of business successes.
I will never tell anything less than 100% FACT BASED truth till the day I die.
I made this video as soon as I got started in social media to be 100% transparent about my past.
If you’ve ever made a mistake you wish you could take back I’m sure you’ll understand.
Sometimes you just can’t put the shit back in the horse.

A real, honest confession. How ironic that a criminal government has the audacity to punish any of us. What hypocrisy! And they do it with every breath they take. One reason I paid for Perry’s lessons was that the first level is a great deal and I couldn’t afford the other systems from other experts. But even more important was that I liked his friendly and dynamic intro videos. He likes condensed content, and that is what I got. Where else are you going to find 20 hours of great lessons for $27 ?? We all deserve a second chance, and from what I have seen so far, Perry has shared so much with so many people that he has made up for the past. A generous guy with a big heart.

Hi perry, It’s must have felt good to do this vid and after listening to you teach on your smms course (all the way from the land down under), I can see that you enjoy helping people same as I do and if someone turns around and kicks you in the head for it, who cares, it’s whats in your heart that counts. That isn’t a real “confession” by any means. You’re mostly blaming someone else (the classic copout, the “government” which of course is THE PEOPLE) and you’re not taking FULL responsibility. Dude, you LIED and made up all kinds of b.s. and scammed sick people. And you did it for years! Come off your denial. You did some serious BAD stuff and kept on going. If you can’t admit to that in full, you haven’t changed. It just looks like you are a habitual scammer, even now. Will you ever change? Probably not. You can’t see the forest for the trees, it’s such a part of your thinking. You claim to walk the “straight and narrow” now, but let’s face it: you don’t, and you know it. Not sure if we should blame you, or accept that you have some genetic character defect and just can’t help yourself. Sad to see anyone throw away their potential like you have and continue to do.

As you once again become a very big deal in the Internet world, please don’t lose your incredible personal touch with people! the real people of this world never do no matter how successful they become.
I too was in the alternative health biz and I have walked away from a very successful biz because I won’t risk my kids! I walked away from my sphere of influence and sole income. My ideas and thoughts were too radical and I know that it was only a matter of time before I would be sued or get into trouble with the authorities. I have reasoned that by changing niches, coming online and via social media I can inspire thousands more than I ever could in my clinic. You are now being a torch for me so never stop shining!

It takes a lot to stay positive… if seems that so many in the world are so insecure with their life that they must strike out at anyone that is self made. I watched my mom when I was a kid go through this type of challenge all because someone wanted her land… she too did not look back, I learned then that a positive attitude and the selfless acts of kindness will produce true friends.
