I just got on the scale this morning for the first time in probably about three months, and I hate myself. I’m going to cruise in about two weeks and I’m afraid I’ll be mistaken for a beached whale if I go to the swimming pool. Anybody working on any sort of the fitness plan right now this really given them great results, I’d like to know. I know that I have to get to work and I will have to eat better but I would like specifics, who is having results with what ? Thanks.
